Technical Operations Manager

As head of technical operations, you will be responsible for the management and processing of clearing points in the federal states assigned to you. You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the project managers assigned to you and will provide them with advice. Your tasks will include:

  • Support of the market and customers assigned to them, from bid preparation, contract award negotiations and management through to final invoicing.
  • Creation of task lists for order execution
  • Ensuring the execution of all customer orders, oriented to work safety, quality in the execution of work, error-free documentation while complying with performance specifications
  • Intensive contact cultivation and deepening of existing customer base
  • Processing of complaints and damage reports
  • Technical advice for customers, authorities, departments and engineering offices

     

Fireworkers

We are looking for troop leaders/fireworkers (m/f) with a valid certificate of competence §20 SprengG.

Their tasks:

  • Finding ammunition parts using metal probes,
  • Removal of ammunition parts,
  • Use as technical supervisory personnel in the disposal of explosive ordnance and defusing ammunition.

  • Valid certificate of competence according to §20 SprengG,
  • Experience as a troop leader
  • Reliable and dynamic operation,
  • Ready for nationwide deployment,
  • Current first-aider training.

Explorers

Activities:

  • Clearance of ammunition and ammunition parts (manual probing and excavation activities)
  • Free-cutting and trimming work on heath and succession areas


 
Requirement profile for explorer

  • Operating the probes SBL 10, Vallon 1302 or Ferex 4.021
  • Proof/certification via probing course at the explosives school or GKD certificate desirable
  • Experience in explosive ordnance clearance
  • safe handling of various probes and typical professional equipment
  • physically resilient and fit for the job
  • Reliability and integrity in the sense of the SprengG
  • Driving licence class B and passenger car required
  • Carpooling or collective transport organised by the company is possible under certain circumstances.
  • First-aider training desirable


Accommodation will be provided free of charge if required. Travel is by car (carpools with company cars are possible and usually feasible). We are also happy to consider applicants from Mecklenburg Vorpommern who are willing to travel.
